A doctor and a bus driver are both in love with the same woman, an attractive girl named Sarah. The bus driver had to go on a long bus trip that would last a week. Before he left, he gave Sarah seven apples. Why?

It's the saying about Health & Fitness. If you eat an apple a day, you won't fall ill even sickness. Apple contains varieties and vast amount of vitamins, facilitates the body's functioning and even helps preventing cancers.
That's why there's a saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
