Preventive Manner to newest disaster

I do not know what will happen for h1n1. I believe that virus won't affect burmese :)

but we have to be wise. There is nothing so much we can do about that.

But i got some interesting things:

1. refrain from going to crowded places that susceptible to the virus such as community centers, swimming pool, gym, fitness centers... etc.,
2. Let's recite Ratana Mantra (Yatana thote) frequently (please do believe in dhamma)
3. Do daily exercises such as jogging, brisk walking, playing the outdoor games; tennis, badminton, basket ball, soccer, chin lone or something like that to keep your body fit. That's so important in fighting with the diseases.

That's what i think and believe. You all can amend the idea and get the better solution that suits to you.

ႏွစ္ဦးသေဘာတူအလုပ္တဲြလုပ္ျခင္းစာခ်ဳပ္ (Employment Contract)

Let me write some knowledge about Contracts (employment) which is so important while working in foreign and that is also the one we didn't familiar with in our country. Contract is to bind two parties in order to get the best for each party's interest. In fact, we are on the losing side because we need job from them but we need to grab our best as much as we can. That is because my manager said "we have to do the contract to our advantage". Ok, let's start-

Let's presume u have finished the interview...

• do not show any hesitation to the negotiator / other party (HR manager or else)
• read the contract he or she gave precisely, make sure u understand the words overall
• you can add or delete the contents getting the consent with other party [ don't forget to write down the notes u negotiated ]
  
• general items that should include in contract are:
• Salary
• Officer Grade / Position and rank
  
• Leave (for the whole year)
  
• Medical Claim (which is can b claimed from company when the employee falls sick and goes to doctor)
• Rules and Regulations
• Form of Payment (Direct credit to bank will be better)
  
• Confirmation / Probation and its regulations (may be within probation, company can terminate you if they don't satisfy with employee performance by giving the default / mistake..in two days or whatsoever)
  
• Regulations after Confirmation / Probation
  
• Termination of the Contract (Most companies put the clause like this: After confirmation, both party may give the letter of termination 2 months in advance or terminate without waiting 2 months by paying the equivalent amount to the employee. (အဲဒါက ၂ လ ေစာင့္ရင္ေစာင့္၊ မေစာင့္ခ်င္ရင္ ၂ လစာ ေပးၿပီးထုတ္မယ္လုိ႔ေျပာတာပါ၊ ထြက္ခ်င္ရင္လည္း အဲလုိထြက္လုိ႔ရပါတယ္.. ႏွစ္ဖက္စလုံးအတြက္ပါ). The employer shall have the right to terminate the contract by giving the other party 2 months notice in writing, without requiring to provide any reasons or whatsoever) this is acceptable because this will make to their advantage.
• But Some cruel companies will put some clause like this: After confirmation, the employee may give the letter of termination 2 months in advance by paying the amount of the remaining months for the whole contract. (အဲဒီစာေၾကာင္းပါရင္ေတာ့ သတိထားပါ၊ ညွိႏႈိင္းသူနဲ႔သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ယူၿပီး ဒီစာေၾကာင္းကုိ တစ္ေၾကာင္းျခစ္တား (strike through) ၿပီး sign ထုိးလုိက္ပါ) မဟုတ္လုိ႔ ဖ်က္လုိ႔မရဘူး ဟုိဘက္ကသေဘာမတူရင္ေတာ့ စဥ္းစားေပါ့။ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလေတာ့လည္း အလုပ္ကအဆင္ေျပပါတယ္.. သူတုိ႔ကသာ လုိရမယ္ရ cover လုပ္ထားတာမ်ဳိးရွိပါတယ္။ စာခ်ဳပ္ကာလျပည္႕တဲ့အထိလုပ္၊ အဆင္မေျပရင္ေတာ့ အစမ္းခန္႔ကာလ အတြင္း ရေအာင္ထြက္ေပါ့။
• important thing is if you want to add (add the content clearly and Sign) and that will be the same for deleting the content (strike through clearly and Sign) [ I also didn't know that we can add and delete but now i got to know because i have to prepare the contracts for my company when needed ]
• When finish, talk to the other party that you have noted the amended items and negotiated things and will keep that note in order to have a record (ဒါက ဒီထပ္ထည္႕တဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြ အတြက္ မွတ္ထားတယ္ေပါ့၊ အဲဒါကုိ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္တစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ သိမ္းထားလုိက္မယ္ေပါ့ ျဖစ္ႏုိင္မယ္ဆုိရင္ သူ႕ကုိျပၿပီး ႏွစ္ဦးလက္မွတ္ထုိးလုိက္ေပါ့။)

အဲလုိဆုိရင္ နည္းနည္းေတာ့ ျဖဳံသြားၿပီး သိပ္မဖိႏုိင္ေတာ့ဘူးလုိ႔ခန္႔မွန္းရတယ္။ ေနာက္က်န္တာေတာ့ ဥာဏ္ရွိသလုိ အသုံးျပဳႏုိင္သည္ေပါ့ း)

Woke up at 11:30. (because last night had dinner with bamboo shoot) [ :) just gave a reason, if want to get up, i can :P ]. Then turn on the computer, oh.. my old friend. Zmml is online. There talked with her (voice and video). Great to talk. After that, took a shower and had lunch... wrote some post for blog until 5:30.. Then took shower again and went to City Hall to send the letter to one friend and went to monastery directly from there. I cited the Dhamma Satkyar. Today only all together three friends only: ASM, MTTH and me. Then had KFC ultimate value box with ASM (5.50 each) one Chick & Mushroom burger, Meshed potato, Cheese potato and Pepsi for dinner. Came back 10:30. And turned on the computer and writing the post for blog now. Now Finish. Finish and Finish.

Went to office in the early morning taking 171 to Gombak Drive Office. I got off at Bukit Panjang Plaza (BPP) then had breakfast. At first i thought the center still hasn't opened then as i thought sharply (saw the people in basement) :) i found out it opened. Then had the breakfast set A (that kopitium is good enough can give 4 kinds of BF set): two small kayaed bread, two half boiled eggs and coffee. Then Blah Blah Blah... After that fell out early from office, took a nap.

In the late evening, i went to the Changi Airport Terminal 2 to meet with my friend and her family.
Arrived back home around 10:25.

Yellowstone Volcano: One of the Active Super Volcanoes

The Yellowstone National Park exists in Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, USA. It is the oldest national park in the world covers an area of 3,845 square miles (8,879 square kilo meters). It has so many interesting volcanic features including hot springs and geysers such as the renowned Old Faithful and Steamboat Geyser, etc.

Yellowstone Volcano is also one of the most famous places there. Moreover, it is also one of the super volcanoes around the world. Shocking fact is that Yellowstone Super Volcano is neither dormant nor dead but still alive!

What is super volcano?

Super volcano is the volcano which is much massively destructive more than any other volcanoes we experienced. When it erupts, it throws out the gigantic amount of ash expected at least 1,000 cubic kilometer. Eruption is happened when the magma or lava flow from the crust due to the enormous pressure accumulated under the Earth for so long.

Super volcano often forms the calderas from the collapse of the circular fault as a result from eruption.

History of the Events

• Lake Taupo, North Island, New Zealand, Oruanui eruption - 26,500 years ago ~ 1,170 cubic km
  
• Lake Toba, Sumatra, Indonesia - 75,000 years ago ~2,800 cubic km
  
• Whakamaru, North Island, New Zealand - Whakamaru Ignimbrite/Mount Curl Tephra ~254,000 years ago ~1,200 - 2,000 cubic km
• Yellowstone Caldera, Wyoming, United States - 640,000 years ago ~1,000 cubic km
• and still have many more but i will not describe them.

The impact of the eruption of Super volcano is immense: the thousands of thousands of ash will cause so much misery to living beings and also to the whole environment. We cannot do any prevention for that environmental disaster but closely monitor to minimize the imminent agony. I hope that Ratana Mantra for Buddhists will be the best for our goodness.

Today I went to office at 9 o' clock n arrived at 9:45. Then helped my colleague sorting the uniform tidily even though it is not the thing i have to do. I will also get another 3 more shirts, great. These days I have to work out with the contracts which will be made with contractors. After that, went to lunch with my colleagues to Bukit Panjang Plaza and ate Sliced Fish Ban Mian (ေခါက္ဆဲြျပား) tasted great. Then went back to office and drank coffee around 4 o'clock then surfed internet for knowledge :). Came back around 6:00.
